Delivery & Returns

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of reciept for a refund in line with current distance selling regulations. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days of your receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the return postage cost. Goods purchased, which may be of incorrect size can be exchanged within 14 days at buyers cost (subject to stock availability), simply advise us of your intention to return, post back to us and we will send you out a replacement once additional postage costs have been received. If you require a refund on your purchase, please note we only refund purchase price of your goods. Postage paid is non refundable as it is a delivery and packing service which once you receive your goods has been provided.
