Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours although most of the time it will be dispatched out to you the same day. Items are posted via First Class Royal Mail, unless you have asked for an alternate service or have been advised otherwise.

Returns

Items may be returned in accordance with current distance selling regulations. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us within 14 days. Goods must be received back in original condition for a full refund. Items may be exchanged subject to stock availability within 14 days. Genuinely faulty goods will be replace or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 7 days of your receipt of the item. If the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the return postage costs.
